How a book gets made

Three steps, and nothing is printed until you have said yes to every page.

Three steps

  1. Tell us who’s in it

Names, ages and a photo of each person, or a few choices about how they look. About five minutes, saved as you go.

  2. See them first, free

We draw your people and the cover in the style you choose. Not quite right? Say what to change and we redraw it.

  3. Approve, then we print

You read the whole book on your phone before it goes to print. It arrives at your door in 5 to 10 working days.

Behind the pages

Your story is written for your people from what you tell us: their names, the way you talk about them, the places and jokes that belong to you. The pictures are made with AI in the style you choose, from your photos or descriptions, and then a person here checks every page for faces, names and hands before you see it.

When you approve the book, it is printed on thick paper by a printer close to you in the UK or the USA and posted in a rigid mailer, tracked to your door.
