Who can be in the book?
Up to five people and one pet. Any family works: one parent or two, two mums or two dads, grandparents, aunts and uncles, twins. You choose the names and how each person is called in the story.
Do I have to upload photos?
No. For each person you can upload a photo or describe them (skin tone, hair, eyes, glasses and more). You can mix both in the same book.
What happens to our photos?
They are stored privately, used only to draw your book, never used to train AI, and deleted 30 days after delivery.
How are the illustrations made?
We create them with AI from your photos or descriptions, in our own storybook style, then check every page for likeness and mistakes before you see it.
Can I see the book before it’s printed?
Yes. You approve the characters before paying, then see every page and can ask for changes before we print.
How big is the book?
32 pages, hardback, in three sizes: classic square 20 × 20 cm, wide landscape 28 × 21 cm, or large square 28 × 28 cm.
Where is it printed?
In the UK for UK orders and in the USA for US orders, so there are no customs fees and delivery is quicker.
Can I return it?
Because each book is made just for you, it can’t be returned for a change of mind. If anything is wrong, we reprint it free. See our guarantee.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once for your book. That’s it.
